The team collaborates to define and create strategic solutions for clients who include entrepreneurs, corporations, non-profits, and government agencies. Ghost Executive Group headquarters is located on the Gulf Coast of Southwest Florida and welcomes global clients.

Michele Lorito-Chase is founder of Ghost Executive Group, online community manager of FloridaTweetup and serves as member of the steering committee for Social Media Club Southwest Florida. She consults and educates professionals on social computing, groupware, social media integration and brand monitoring. Ms. Lorito-Chase is the founder and lead organizer for BarcampSWFL and the first-ever JuniorCamp, registered organizer for Twestival Southwest Florida, host of "Grüpii: It's All About People" on Blog Talk Radio and organizes monthly Tweetups in Southwest Florida. In 2005,  the growth of social media networks became apparent and so began the study of creating viable business relationships within web-based social environments by closely following  industry pioneers who were paving the way through web 2.0 technology- social and digital media. Michele is an active member of Southwest Florida's professional community, a mother of four children and resident of Southwest Florida since 1977.
