Michele Lorito-Chase founded Ghost Executive Group in 2006 on Sanibel Island, and by August of 2007 a multidisciplinary business support services and online business management agency was born.

During this time, the growth of social media networks became apparent and so began the study of creating viable business relationships within web-based social environments by closely following industry pioneers who were paving the way through web 2.0 technology- social and digital media.

Ms. Lorito-Chase consults and educates professionals on social computing, groupware, social media integration and brand monitoring. Michele is an active member of Southwest Florida's professional community, a mother of four children and resident of Southwest Florida since 1977.
